Our auction was May 19th. Leading up to the auction and afterwards was a very good experience. I was having a hard time trying to determine what to do, and Roy realized the stress I was under trying to figure it out. So he sent John to the shop to help organize and determine what could sell and what wouldn’t sell. With concerns about having all the equipment out of the building, I had some sleepless nights, but after the auction all the equipment was removed within two weeks. The auction had been delayed because of covid-19 a month, after that we decided to do online auction only, with viewing the day before. It’s funny how some things you didn’t expect to bring significant sales price, did very well. Other things he hoped would go for a little more didn’t quite reach their potential. The bottom line is I was pleased with the overall gross returns that I got out of the sales! I look back at it and how long it took to fill that place up with all that equipment, and how quickly it all came together as far as removing it, and I feel it was phenomenal how United asset sales treated me, and handled everything, from organizing, through the auction, and Equipment removal. And the proceeds were sent to me in a very expedient manner. Everyone in the united asset sales team treated us very well! We were pitched by other auctioneers previous to to signing with United asset sales, but we truly recognized honesty and integrity right from the beginning with Roy Gamityan. When I think back of how things were a year ago as far as auctioning the equipment, and having it removed, I am truly amazed. I just can’t say enough of how well everything was handled between our company and United asset sales.

I represent Lincoln Electric as Operations Director for a subsidiary, Weartech International. It was my unfortunate task to close this business. Having interviewed 5 different Auctioneers, I knew that by choosing Roy Gamityan and his team I wouldn’t go wrong; my instinct, was absolutely accurate.
John, Lewis and Luke are a credit to Roy and conducted 4-5 weeks of preparation for this large auction, of 1500+ lots. They were extremely supportive throughout the whole process, with myself and my whole team, and communicated to the highest standard. Roy himself, is a true gentleman and a man of his word. He strives to ensure the customer is supported throughout, knowing full well how stressful it is for anyone going through this process.
We conducted a two-day online sale for the entire premises, 73,000 sqft of Foundry, Casting and Machining equipment on the 15th and 16th September. Covid-19 presented concerns, but this was navigated extremely well and professionally by all of Roy’s team… especially during the day of viewing and post auction collection dates.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone having to go through the process of business closure, avoid the sharks that lurk in this industry and trust in the best.

We had a very good experience with Roy and his staff as we sold off my late brother’s racing parts auto shop. The workers were very sensitive to the emotion of the situation and the sales projections were as predicted. Overall a positive experience especially given the difficult situation of dissolving a company my brother and his wife built from scratch decades ago.

We were a relatively small auction, but Roy and his crew gave us the royal treatment. They are consummate professionals with the connections you need to get a great result. Luke and John staged our items beautifully, the brochures were eye-catching and reached the most relevant buyers. 100% of our inventory sold — industry relevant machinery as well as office, shipping, and janitorial supplies. I wish we had known about United before we made one move after closing our business … there would have been no Craigslist or Offerup flake-outs. John was with us through the entire buyer payment and pick-up process. It was seamless and one of the best experiences I’ve had during the sad time of closing the business. Highly recommend!!!
